I want to know How to set up Links as required when we Resolve a Ticket with resolution "Duplicate"?

In Operational Behavior do we have this ability to set this?

Hi Aparna,

The validation to check if a "duplicate of" link exists is hardcoded into the out of the box templates. In other words, if you have a customized workflow or you made modifications to the out of the box templates, the validation may not work anymore.

There is already an enhancement request to change this behavior. Check this work item:

As a short term solution you can write a validation script or try the workaround suggested in this forum topic.
