Iteration plan viewlet displays wrong current iteration

I modified the process iterations in OpenUp. Removed the inception iteration and replaced it with "definition" instead and an id of P1. Created a new process template. Create a new project area. Open the dashboard and the view let says the current iteration is "Inception Iteration I1" on the project dashboard. Open the team dashboard and there is specifies the correct current iteration (P1). If I return to the project page, select edit, make NO change, and click save, it refreshes and shows P1 correctly. How do I stop it from showing the inception iteration I1 in the first place??? Why does it only do this on the project dashboard?
