Rational Licence Key Help

My client purchase 30 X IBM Rational Collaborative Lifecycle Management Practitioner Floating User Single Install Initial Fixed Term License + SW Subscription & Support 12 Months.
When I log onto Rational Licence Key Center and try to generate these keys, it requests for a Hostname. Does this mean that I have to install Licence Key server in order to get these licences? They are floating licences, and under version it allows you to choose between V4, v5, v6 CLM....activation kit.
Please let me know how to go about obtaining these keys.

It depends on where the floating license server is running.
If you simply use the Jazz Team Server as a floating license server, you only need to download a Jazz Key from the floating license. 'Download Jazz Key' button should be there in the bottom of the page of your floating license.
I cannot find a good technote yet, the following technote tells a similar case about token license. It might help you.
