How to use work items in RQM ?

Hi All,
I am using RQM 5.0.2 I want to know how can I create task review work items in RQM, if i modify those work item where it would get reflect.

Although the review of an artifact is stored as a task review work item, you shouldn't explicitly work with the work item. RQM has a Formal Review section in the artifact editor to create and manage review and approval. The Formal Review section will reflect changes modified in the corresponding task review work item.

Basically I would like to know how work items work in RQM. Sorry I am not getting any thing.
