problem in creating "add custom attribute"

Hello team

I am working in alm changemanagement
I am trying to add a custom attribute callled xxx to one of the workitem type.
How can i  add "name" field as multiple lines ?

currently i can add name field as only one line .

Please help ?

The name of an attribute can only be one line.
