 Hi,

I have installed JRS 5.0.2 in a new test environment and trying to use out of the box and new reports for RTC.

After populating the Data warehouse tables and providing dates for every iteration within the project timeline, i get the results for the out of the box reports in JRS.

Now, I'm trying to create new report via an ID that has been assigned as Report Manager in JRS.
In the last step on creating new reports, i don't find edit option on the report name to provide a name and save the report.

In RTC, My ID has been added as Project admin access with all rights on reports. My ID is part of Jazzadmin as well.

Am i missing any configuration inorder to create new reports in JRS ?

 Hi,

Wanted to give an update on this issue.

This has been resolved now. The problem was the browser issue. It seems to have some compatibility issue with IE9 and not displaying option for Edit.

The same works fine in Firefox.

Hi Pavithra,

Can you please verify with the below steps.

1) Try adding the  jrs_user into JazzAdmin Group

2) Check with 5.0.2 iFix001 it  includes patches for DCC and JRS

Keep us posted on further updates.

Regards,
Arun.

 Hi Arun,

jrs_user is not a user in LDAP, so, i mapped another LDAP ID that has JazzAdmin role for authentication of Friends connection with JTS.

Restarted the service, still makes no difference.

I'm already in -Fix 04

Version: 5.0.2
Build ID: JRS_5.0.2-I20150317-1128
