Hello
I was wondering whether the built-in attributes are same for all project areas of a repository, meaning are they defined by the RTC installation/repository?
Or is there any other way to tweak/change it.

 As far as I know you can't change/tweak the built in attributes. They are defined within RTC, but the instances only live in project areas.
