RTC 2.0 Chinese Help

Ming Xia (1214936) | asked Jul 08 '09, 4:25 a.m.
I am from China.
I saw the chinese help in RTC 2.0 Beta 2 which is very good for china.

However, in RTC 2.0 GA version, I see lot of part of this help is still in English.

What is the problem with that?

I am in Shanghai. I share the same concern with you.

I have long observed that the help document accompanying Eclipse client is not 100% Chinese --- only the level 1 nodes are Chinese words.

Though I am comfortable with English, I frequently visit
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rtc/v2r0m0/index.jsp
for Chinese version.
My IE/Firefox setting is for Chinese language. My IE/Firefox brought up pages in perfect Chinese.

But, today (Jul 9) I found the page
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rtc/v2r0m0/index.jsp
is backward, the same as that accompanying Eclipse client.
The contents there are
mostly English, cluttered with Chinese words in the outline pane to the left.

Seems some changes took place to the Chinese version of online help document over night...

Anyone can help? thanks!

I think translation doc will be delivered by 2.0 iFix 1 on the end of August.

Yes, that's correct. RTC 2.0iFix 1 schedule for August is primarily for help translation.

Thanks...
Syed.
