RTC Plugin Download via Eclipse Software Site

Hi,

I know how to download the RTC Eclipse p2 plugin from the Jazz.net/downloads site and then point Eclipse to this as a local archive file.

How do I point Eclipse directly to an online version?  I don't want to have to force all of my developers to either:

1) Get a Jazz.net account (sorry.  not everyone wants one), or
2) Pick up a file from a local location

If you are talking about an online update site or Eclipse Marketplace, I'm not aware that RTC plugins are available there. Jazz.net appears to be the only place that you can get the file.

How about download the file and host it on a network drive or an internal FTP server?
