The error above happens when 'My work' tab is selected.
Any help?
I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. No luck. (or how am I supposed to do in 'a clean way'?

I have used RTC 4.0.6 for years and it worked okay without a problem which had been installed with IBM installation manager. One day, something triggered the 'work load' to break on my system ( as far as I am aware, major changes made to my system was new Java installation or another installation attempt with 4.0.7 P2 RTC installation on top of latest Eclipse on different location)
Since then, I attempted to fix the problem below:
- RTC 4.0.6 via web installer from jazz.net (Eclipse 3.x base?)
- RTC 4.0.6 client (zipped) (Eclipse 3.x base?)
- Eclipse Juno(4.2) 64bit + RTC 4.0.7 P2 (or 4.0.6 P2. Same below)
- Eclipse Juno(4.2) 32bit + RTC 4.0.7 P2
- Eclipse Kepler(4.3) 64bit + RTC 4.0.7 P2
- Eclipse Kelper(4.3) 32bit + RTC 4.0.7 P2
Not to mention I uninstalled and used new workspace before attempting a new combination above.
NOTE:
- The problem is same all the time and it seems to be there are some data directory that RTC refers to for configuration which is hidden to public. So, I wish I could install from 'clean'
- RTC 4.0.6 is the one officially supported in our env.
