Can we download Jazz Softwares from software.ibm.com?

I searched forum, there is a topic about download jazz from china, I meet same problem. the speed is very very slow, and download can not completed trustfully.

I tried, tried, tried. but I still can not get install packages. Never from my home or IBM China office,

I think the suggestion is very good that download from ftp://software.ibm.com.
can we provide this function?

Jazz software (RQM, RTC, RRC) can be downloaded from software.ibm.com at the following link:

http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/download/byproduct.jsp#R

However, you must be registered at IBM as well as logged in to download the software.
