RTC 1.0 Links tab functionality to Defect Overview Tab bug?

Hi,

I would like to move the contents of the "Links" tab to the bottom of the Overiew Tab of a Defect Work Item. My team would like to be able to submit defects and attach screen shots without having to move tabs.

I was able to successfully do this in the Eclipse client, however the change did not work in the Web UI. Is this a known bug?

Is there anyway to over come this?
