I cannot start jts.
when i try to start it it blinks only once then both the windows gets closed automatically

Please see https://jazz.net/forum/questions/109259/why-is-my-tomcat-console-dying-just-after-starting-up and in the answer, how you can keep the console open. You likely have a problem with too few memory or a Java problem.
