I'm getting this error on RTC server 1.0.1.1. I am trying to use 1.0.1 Not directly, but check you really uploading the right license file (server activation key rather than client access licenses). I have managed to make that mistake before  If that is not the case, are these permanent keys? anthony |
Yes they are permanent keys......
The keys are clearly marked server, client and contributor. "kesterto" <akesterton> wrote in message news:h169mu$712$2@localhost.localdomain... Tonywrote: |

Hello Tony,
one thing that happened to me once was that I tried to upload a zip file instead the enclosed .jar file. I am not sure you where successfull in uploading a license file prior to this install. If not in 1.0.x the license files where stored in a directory. The directory needed to be accessible and writable. The directory location was set using some provision.xml files. Original install sets these to a relative path to the install directory. When e.g. running Tomcat as a service the location needed to be an absolute path according to the installation manual. If set to the wrong directory I could imagine you get issues. Ralph Here's more.... |
