Jazz and SOA

Can I say that Jazz is a platform where many tools can be integrated thus supporting SOA? Is this understanding correct? That means Jazz implements SOA? Can someone please shed some light on this?

Thanks!

Now this is a very interesting question.

The Jazz Team Server and the Jazz-based products have a lot of the characteristics of service-oriented architectures, for example: the use of services to decouple the client and server and their implementations, the use of effectively stateless messages to name just two. So, you could say that the Jazz Team Server is implemented as an SOA.
