How to Create Plan Item in RTC using Samples provided by OSLC4J API (RTCFormSample.java)?

I have downloaded the Samples provided by OSLC4J API from Git Repository, and I have done CRUD operations on WORK ITEM (Defect, Task). Now I want to perform same operations with PLAN ITEM but I’m unable to see any option for it. Could you please help us in it.
