Update the state and FIxedIn Version of RTC WorkItems(Bugs) by using Python module rtcclient

I have tried to update the RTC Work Item using python module rtcclient , Since it is not a official one, I could not find any documentation for update the State and Fixed In version for update the Work Items.But I can able to get the information from the Work Items,Is there any possibilities are there for updating  Work Item using rtcclient module
 or This can achieved by any other programming language, Please help me to achieve the goal,

 What bout asking the author https://pypi.org/project/rtcclient/ ?
