Getting conditions back from a retrieved work item query using plain Java API

Hi,

I'm trying to find a way to retrieve a list of the conditions that make up a previously created RTC work item query; I'm able to get retrieve the query descriptor however I'm at a loss as to where I need to go from here. Is anyone able to help explain where I need to go from here?
