How to fetch attribute value having attribute id ?

We have an attribute ID.

With the help of attribute ID we want to fetch/retrieve attribute value/content of that attribute.

Is it possible ?

This question has been answered some 50 times already on this forum. You can use Google or other search engines to search for answers. You can limit the search to this site. For example:

https://www.google.de/search?q=Attribute+value+ID+site:jazz.net

You also want to let us know what you really want to do, in which context and witch mechanism/language you want to use. I.e. Java, JavaScript or OSLC/REST.
