CRRTC0299E Error message when trying to save a risk with probability of 20% on RTC

Good Day,

please help, I cannot save a Risk with probability of 20%. My version of RTC is 4.0.7

I cannot attach the the image of ther error message here but it says: 
CRRTC0299E
The work item with the ID {xxx} cannot be saved because an attempt was made to change the attributes ' {Exposure(%)} ' which are not modifiable.
