 A group has two projects areas.  They like the dashboard with the burn down charts and all the widgets on one and would like to get that dashboard into another project.   We may also want to use this dashboard in a number of other projects. Is that possible?

Last I knew, dashboards are the domain of the Jazz Team Server managing the application and aren't possible to share.  There are between project viewlets but not the whole project dashboard ( or even team dashboard ).  It might be possible to copy/paste viewlets from one project dashboard to another IF they are within the same repository.
