How to "Generate a property group" in RDZ 9.1.1 integrated with RTC 406 client?

I'm working on my RDZ 9.1.1 environment installed with the features :

1) RTC client for eclipse 4.2xIDE406
2) IBM RTC integration for SystemZ 4061

but ( after loading my repository workspace) if I right click on a cobol member  --> Enterprise extensions ( from the z(os perspective)   I'm unable to see the choice 'generate property group' .
I remember that in previous releases this choice was available .

Oups I answered too quickly, you have it already. This is at project level that you'll find the action in the menu

You need the RDz/RTC integration plugins, which is an additional install that comes with RDz. It is called IBM® Rational® Team Concert Integration for System z.
