Fill a part of region in chart with background color

I have a requirement in BIRT Wherein a region of chart has to be filled with some background color. I am using a line chart and the y-axis is fixed from 0-100.The region that needs to be filled with background color is 80-100.

May i know how to fill the region of the chart by using chart scripting?
