i have federated WAS setup for JAZZ application where i am creating users and providing jazz roles. I want to extract all the users, email ids and assgined roles from WAS in a excel sheet. How to do it?

Independent of what setup you have, you can use the repotools command -exportUsers to export the user information from JTS, CCM etc. The export contains the information you want. CLM does not know if one of the users is in LDAP or the local realm. That is only known to the application server. You would have to ask in application server specific forums to get an answer if the export is possible there.
