New->Report option not present in eclipse client after creating the project in RTC?

I created one project in navigator view and try to add report in created project.I donot find the New-> Report option.

Please guide me.

Thank you Donald Nong ,After Installing the BIRT plugin.. it is working

What are you trying to do? If you are trying to create a BIRT report, you will need to install BIRT plugin first.
