We can say, they are almost the same product.
Before finalizing the Beta, IBM development team will deliver several release candidates (RC).

Hi. As you'll see in the release notes:

Beta 2 is based on 2.0 RC1 with a small number of fixes. Specifically the fixes are:

Defect 83473 - SCM (breaks CC Connector)
Defect 83351 - Dashboards
Defect 82992 - CQ Bridge
Defect 79797 - RelEng
Defect 83354 - Repository
