Where I can find build files after a successful build in RTC directory structure? I tried find in the directories where i have installed my Jazz server but didn't find the files. Can anyone help me on the same.

The location where the build files end up is defined in the build definition. The files will end up on the machine that runs the build engine. If you don't specify the build location it is relative to the build engine folder. See https://jazz.net/library/article/797 for more information how builds work.
