Reversing changeset from stream is too difficult in RTC

Ashok Sharma (3211118) | asked Dec 31 '14, 2:39 a.m.
Hi,
I want to understand more on reversing change-set from stream.

Actually i have delivered one change-set to a stream where i was not supposed to deliver. Now i just want to replace that change with earlier version. But when i searched that change-set and hit the reverse option then it asked me that where you want to reverse in workspace or stream and when i selected stream then it created one patch with conflicts and its too confusing to merge since it's showing some other changes which were delivered to that file from some other stream.

Now my question is can't we simply revert the change with previous version in stream? Though the component name is same but history should be local to stream and like other source control software it should be simple to revert.

Please help me to understand this.
