The kinds of Related links that can be added in the web UI vs. the Eclipse client are different - specifically the web UI seems to be a subset missing among others "Add Related Artifacts". I have searched the RTC project for work items filed against the web UI with Related Artifacts in the text - no hits. Is there any reason in particular that the web UI does not have the same list of Links types that the Eclipse client has?

I think "Work Item 74181: Ability to add Related Artifact missing from WebUI" addresses your issue. The URL is

RTC2.0 M3 has the capability to create a "Related Artifact" link on Web UI.
