I have ignored a folder named "com" before today.
From today on, i want to un-ignore this folder. delete the .jazzignore file or choose Team > remove from ignore list.
- I upload the .jazzignore file after refreshing all projects
- Restart the workspace, still no changes found...
- Create a new workspace (no new repository), still no changes found...

What am I missing here?

I don't see a link to your screenshot.

You can get a listing of the reasons why an item is ignored by opening the 'Properties' page from the Package Explorer or Navigator views. Select the 'Jazz Source Control' section in the dialog and you'll see a reason down near the bottom.

The folder was derived. renaming the folder solved the problem...
