Why 'Save' button remain disabled all the time in Create Project Area on 'Design Management'?

I have installed following software packages:

1.       Rational Engineering Lifecycle Management 5.0.1

·         RELM_V5.0.1_EVA_INSTA_MGR_LPD_MP_

·         RELM_V5.0.1_EVA_INSTA_MGR_REP_MP_

2.       Rhapsody Design Manager 5.0.1

·         RHP_DM_5.0.1_Setup_EVAL

·         RHP_DM_5.0.1_Servert_EVAL

I have configured Jazz Team Server suceessfully in the setup wizard(defalult server: Tomcat, DB: Derby). I have JazzAdmin rights and activated trial license for the above softwrae but when I try to create project area either in Rhapsody Design Manager or Rational Engineering Lifecycle Management, 'Save' button remains disabled only.

I have tried different browser also but still having same issues. Please help me on this.
