Errors during CLM Installation

 Hi,

I am in the process of automating the creation process of a VM deployed with CLM 5.0.1 using vagrant.

I got errors in the jts log file:

2014-11-28 14:30:02,054 [http-bio-9443-exec-27 @@ 14:30 <unauthenticated> /jts/service/com.ibm.team.datawarehouse.service.internal.IDataWarehouseSetupRESTService/setupEtlAuthentication]  WARN very.internal.DiscoveredLicenseKeyExtensionService  - CRJAZ1714W The license key contributed by the URL "https://lmb-demo-server:9443/ccm/web/com.ibm.team.rtc.web/license/CCM_Data_Collector_Unlocked.jar" could not be loaded.  Some licenses contributed by the installed Applications might not be available.  The nested exception should contain some more details about why the discovery failed.
java.io.IOException: The server returned a status code of 302 for a request to "https://lmb-demo-server:9443/ccm/web/com.ibm.team.rtc.web/license/CCM_Data_Collector_Unlocked.jar", so the discovered license keys could not be fetched.

Would appreciate your insights as to the cause of this error.

Hi Liora,

It appears that the "CCM Data Collector" license is missing.

Browse to jts/admin > Server > License Key Management. Dou you see the CCN Data Collector key listed under "Client Access License Types"? Is it showing the status as "Active"?

You are correct, the Data Collector license has 0 available licenses.

How can that be?

Well, the root cause of all the issues I hit are the open file limits which were not configured correctly. As soon as I figured this out, all the deployment issues I faced, disappeared.

Thanks,
Liora

I had the same issue in our DEV environment which is RTC 5.0.2, it was resolved by redeploying ccm with the ccm plugins from another 5.0.2 RTC instance. I deleted the CCM directory in ../tomcat/webapps for the app to redeploy on start up. Every thing came up fine afterwards, CCM Data Collection License showed up; with that said I assume the issue in my case was with the plugin.

Dear,

It happened to me also just. But the difference is I cannot even see the CCM Data Collector in license list.

Any clue?
