Moving source code to RTC
At an internal education session yesterday, I had several users who have java script source code that is NOT contained in ClearCase.
I don't see anything on the menu or in the directory structure for import of source code from anywhere other than ClearCase - or any migration tool to identify a resource location for import to the tool. How would one accommodate this ? |

RTC 1.0.1 shiped with the ability to import from SVN or CVS and the
ability to import from CC was added in 2.0. RTC also has the ability to import SVN dump files so if you are using a different repo type and want to preserve your history, you may be able to do so if a tool exists to extract an SVN dump file from your repo. For example, there is a cvs2svn tool for extracting an SVN dump file from a CVS repo. Hope this helps, Michael nerack wrote: At an internal education session yesterday, I had several users who |
