I am not able to get the excel import utility in Office 365 Addin section, even after installing the required plugin.Any comments ?

I have downloaded and installed the “Microsoft Excel and Word to Rational Quality Manager Import Utility” from the below link

https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/5.0.1?p=allDownloads

I have office 365 installed on my laptop.

Could you please help me in resolving this ?
