Does JAZZ CLM allow multiple backup Domain Controller to be configured
Hi,
We came across an issue recently where our domain controller (LDAP Server )being configured to use with JAZZ CLM going down and after spending hours we figured out that the DC server was down.
The issue appeared simple as - none of the users were able to login.
A question aroused on this is - Does Jazz allow for a backup DC to be configured?
Note: We are using Apache Tomcat 7 as the application server. While running jts/setup I did not find an option to specify multiple DC name.

Hi Anoop,
I think you will not be able to have the Backup LDAP configured in JTS applications, you can do it manually if you identify your Primary server is down.
Jazz Team Server applications allow only a single server to be active at any one time to a repository; therefore, the backup (or Idle) server is configured to never run asynchronous (or background) tasks.
Please let me know if you need any further information.
Regards,
Arun.

You mean, wanted to switch automatically to LDAP backup server from LDAP primary server goes down in JTS.
is that correct what I understood ?
In your Backup DC (LDAP) has got all the users and configuration same and in sync as primary server ?
Give us more details.

Arun.
