RQM Floating Licenses - Inactivity Timer

From what I can tell the inactivity timer for RQM floating licenses is 30 minutes. Can this be configured? Customer wants to set to an hour.

Yes. Edit the advanced server property
com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.license.FloatingLicenseService

There is a license checkout field.

I see that the minimum is now 7200 seconds (two hours). This seems rather high.

Was this deliberately increased from 30 minutes? Why was 7200 seconds chosen?
