Upgraded CLM406 to 501 with existing CQ Integration setup

Without knowing about the Clearquest Integration with existing CLM 406 enviornment we have upgraded the CLM  to 501. Now when we go to QM Friends (Outbound) link we see an CQ Server entry out there.
In QM Admin page there are no errors being displayed.

Hence would like to know if we need to perform any steps either at the CQ or at the JAZZ end as this is setup on production end.

I don't understand the question. Do you have a problem with the integration after upgrading? Do the links and views work or not? What is the question here?

Even after successful upgrade of CLM from v4.0.6 to 5.0.1 (please note that during the process of upgrade CQ part of untouched), till now, we have not noticed any major problems apart from some undefined status links between QM application and JTS server (QM application not getting under JTS Server homepage).

So wondering if there is anything to be done from CQ perspective on this upgraded environment.
