How to configure Categories in RQM Test Case Section template

I wanted to configure 10 categories (dependent listbox) in a Test Case template. These categories will record hte legacy data at the time of migration to RQM from another Test Management tool.
Categories, by default are placed in the Summary section.
How to place them in a Custom section.

Unfortunately, you cannot change the section where categories are displayed in the test artifact editor.
