ive already created work items and queries and also stories.. but still there's no charts found in my backlog..

can someone please explain??

Hello 070995C,

your server needs to run through the night to create a snapshot into the
data warehouse. As an alternative you can log into the web UI and go to the
reports. Iif you have DWAdmin permissions for the user a new link shows Administer
Data Warehouse or something like that. Open that link and select to update
all snapshots. The service takes some time you can monitor it in the server
admin area.
