Where is the tar file for RTC 5.x for the RTC Extensions workshop

I just finding the tar files for RTC 5.x，but I havn't found it
So I tied to find the tar files for RTC4.x ,and found the answer https://jazz.net/forum/questions/134726/where-to-download-the-rtcextensionsjtsrepository-40-yyyymmddtar-file
but actually，the page of downloading tar for 4.x has changed
(maybe you can get my point from the page https://jazz.net/library/article/1000),I couldn't download the tar files,so how can I download the tar files for RTC 5.x or 4.x

As discussed in this blog post by the author of the RTC Extensions workshop, the workshop underwent a change and the TAR files are no longer needed. Just use the download from article 1000 as-is and follow the instructions in the PDF. Yiguang Luo selected this answer as the correct answer
