RRC doc reviews and email notifications

Is there a way to trigger an email notification to the person who initiated the review when a reviewer/approver completes their review and answers with (or without) a comment?

Right now I'm being forced to Approve with Comment, then have to submit ANOTHER comment in the main doc in order to send a notification email of my approval comment.
Otherwise the initiator has no indication that I completed my review, or that I included a comment in my approval.
