customAttribute are shown as archived

Tanja-Maria Weiringer (626) | asked Sep 25 '14, 4:31 a.m.
Recently customAttribute are shown as "archived" in an RTC instance.
"Actual Indicator (archived)Previous Indicator (archived)"
I can only add them through the option "Show archived values" in the query. It's strange that this happened to ALL customAttributes of a RTC instance. What are reasons that these attributes are shown as archived.
Thanks

I see the same issue that Tanja has reported.

Somedays, especially during morning hours, we have found that the query export to excel has shown the labels as attributename(archived). This was seen only for custom attributes.

We are not able to reproduce it . We have seen it happening already twice. But when we run the query again, its normal and fine.

Suddenly See Attributes in the Search query filter as archived, although they haven't been archived Filter Archived Attributes
Why has this happened, can they be unarchived ?
