Attributes not displaying in Eclipse UI workitem

Hi, I have a custom work item type, which in just one instance, the Details tab of the work item does not display the attributes. We have a plain java program which calls into RTC and creates a work item. In this usage only, the attributes on the Details tab do not display. All other tabs display their attributes. Web UI is fine. If I create the work item in the UI, again all's fine. Anyone have a clue about what may be wrong? (The server is v4.0.1. The program is built with v3.0.1.1).

Hi Sola, I think this problem is very difficult to solve in a forum post. This may involve checking the process configuration, application logs etc and I would suggest you open a service request with Rational Support to get this investigated properly.
