How do get a projects atachment url?

I added an image as a project attachment, how do I retrieve the url link to the attachment.

https://<server>:<port>/ccm/service/com.ibm.team.workitem.common.internal.model.IImageContentService/processattachment/<Project Area UUID>/<Attachment Path>
You can get the <Project Area UUID> easily, and the <Attachment Path> is just want you put in when adding the attachment.
