What is the difference between -createUsers and -importUsers?

They both read a file to create or update a bunch of users. Is there any difference? Why would you use one versus the other?

In that workitem I also make reference to a much older enhancement where it appears at one time createuser was supposed to become importusers. So, subscribe to the workitem. when we get the answer I will post it here. Jamie Moore selected this answer as the correct answer
Comments The answer is that they are aliases for the same command. I will work on improving the help in the next release. Already opened a workitem for that effort. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
