SQL Server Forgot SA Password, How to Reset It ?

Hello all! How can I reset SA password for SQL Server 2008?

I just logined to my SQL Server 2008 with SQL Server Authentication but was stuck at the message saying "Login failed for user 'sa'. (Microsoft SQL Server, error:18456)". I had 3 failed login attempts. I think I have forgotten my SA password. Worse, Windows Authentication mode is also unavailable for unknown causes. Now how can I reset my SA password? I am a SQL Server novice and know little about SQL commands. Please help! Thanks in advance!
