Are there any release notes or upgrade instructions for RQM 1.0.1.1?

There are some instructions at https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-quality-manager/releases/1.0.1.1. The online doc does point to 1.0.1 release notes, but in that topic there are links to technical notes, where additional information is posted.

The following seems to have notes specific to the 1.0.1.1 release, and not just references to the 1.0.1 documentation.
