Hi,
I am able to create a link to a versionable state: 
like this: 
https://motiwert-tp.haifa.ibm.com:9443/ccm/web/projects/RTCProj#action=com.ibm.team.scm.browseElement&workspaceItemId=_T7Go8NBuEeOtWJlx-jiPaA&componentItemId=_UAopMNBuEeOtWJlx-jiPaA&itemType=com.ibm.team.filesystem.FileItem&itemId=_liI7oNBvEeOcyeTIq53tcg

However, this is a link that being opened in the web client.
How to formulate a link that will be opened in the eclipse client?
I don't have the file in local disk. this should perform same operation like "open remote file"

This is not supported at the moment. If you want this feature considered in a future release, please open a request for enhancement in the RFE Community.
