Has anyone compared Rational CLM and HP ALM/other tools?

Hi, we are in the middle of evaluating different tools. I just wanted to reach out to you to see if anyone of you did the comparison and evaluation before going with Rational CLM. We are inclined towards CLM, but need to provide justification. If you have anything related to this, could you please share.
