 Hello,
no sure what needs to be clarified here.
My understanding is that if latest version is 36,
then 36, 35 and 34 are supported.

From a Support standpoint, in case you would face a Chrome specific issue
(not reproduced in other supported browsers like IE or FF),
you would most likely be requested to upgrade Chrome to the latest version,
and see issue can still be reproduced:
YES: Support will accept the defect
NO: you will be invited to upgrade Chrome to the latest version,

I wanted to provide clarity to users whom I am supporting.

First thing I will do to define the boundaries for my support is to define a clear compatibility matrix & system requirements.
I need to know the exact versions of browsers on which the products are tested.

The page you reference is current. The current Chrome version is 36. So we support versions 36, 35, and 34.
